For screen-lock recovery, authorised Apple or Google account assistance, network unlocking, swaps and similar restricted services, we may request:

- A signed or recorded ownership declaration
Ownership documents may be retained securely because they could be required to respond to fraud allegations, ownership disputes, investigations or legal claims. We do not provide restricted services for lost, stolen or suspiciously obtained devices.

Internal repair personnel
Relevant customer, device and repair information may be shared internally with authorised personnel handling a repair.
External repair specialists
Where work must be referred, we will normally share only:

The customer's name and contact details will not normally be shared. If disclosure becomes necessary, the customer will be informed and an appropriate lawful basis used.
Couriers and waybill providers
Couriers may receive information required to complete an authorised delivery.
Banks and payment providers
Banks and approved payment providers may process information required to send, receive or confirm payment.
Technology providers
Once selected, hosting, database, email, OTP, security and support providers may process limited information on our behalf.
Legal and regulatory authorities
Information may be disclosed where required by law, court order, lawful investigation or regulatory obligation.

International data transfers
Some future hosting, database, email, analytics or communication providers may process information outside Nigeria. Before using such providers, Jeremy Tech Solutions will assess the transfer and apply safeguards required by Nigerian data-protection law. Provider names and relevant transfer information should be added to this Policy when those services are selected.

How long we retain information
Jeremy Tech Solutions will retain information only while there is a documented business, contractual, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reason. Core transaction and ownership records may be retained for up to 10 years. This does not mean every item of information will automatically be stored for the entire period.

The necessity of continued retention should be reviewed periodically. Records may be deleted or anonymised before 10 years where they are no longer required.
